The Princeton Human Resources webpage provides information to assist town employees in navigating their rights and benefits as employees of the Town of Princeton. Town Administrator Sherry Patch is the town's Human Resources Officer who, in this capacity, administers classification, recruiting, hiring, disciplinary, compensation, and benefits initiatives in compliance with pertinent labor laws and local collective bargaining agreements.  The Town of Princeton Personnel Board acts as an advisory body to the Town Administrator and Selectboard in human resource matters and maintains the Town of Princeton Personnel Policy.
