TOWN OF PRINCETON, MASS.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40A, the Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing at the Town Hall Annex, 4 Town Hall Drive on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. on the petition of Sotirios Georgiadis for a Special Permit as allowed by Zoning Bylaw Section VIII 2., (D) for relief from Section VII 2., (F) to re-establish non-conforming uses on the property for the sales of used cars. Also, under Zoning Bylaw Section XII 2., (4) -Requires Site plan review by the Planning Board.

The property is located at 221 Beaman Road, Assessors Map #5A, Lot 3.

A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
