Call to Order

Meeting called to order at 3:00 PM.

Public Hearing

A Public Hearing was held on the application of Norco Sportsman’s Club Inc. for a change of Officers/ Directors. KC read the legal notice. Wayne Adams advised that the club annual votes its officers and directors and is required by the ABCC To file the change. KC moved to close the hearing. RC 2nd. The following roll call vote was recorded: KC: Aye; RC aye. Voted 2-0. KC moved to approve the change of officers as requested. RC 2nd. The following roll call vote was recorded: KC: Aye; RC aye. Voted 2-0. Voted 2-0.

Adjournment

KC moved to adjourn. RC 2nd. The following roll call vote was recorded: KC: Aye; RC aye. Voted 2-0.
