Attending: Karen Cruise (KC), Robert Cumming (RC), Phil Gott (PG), Town Administrator Sherry Patch (SP)

Call To Order

Meeting called to order at 1:00 PM.

FY 24 Planning Session with Department Heads

The board convened a planning session with Department Heads to discuss focus areas for FY 24. Areas of discussion included: Opportunities for regionalization and of shared services, capacity, facilities management, hiring a grant writer, engineer, economic development and increasing/improving communication internally and externally.

Sharing of resources within the Town were also discussed. Town resources that could be shared between Highway, Police, Fire and possibly PMLD include:

  • Bucket Truck
  • Mechanic and repair facilities (including the new lift desired by the Highway Dept.)
  • Commuication systems

Adjournment

KC moved to adjourn the meeting, RC 2nd. Voted 3-0.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:56 PM.
