Call to Order

Meeting called to order at 1:00 PM.

Executive Session

KC moved to enter into Executive Session, not to return to open session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining (Police bargaining unit) pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c. 30A, §21, ¶3. To discuss strategy in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel (Fire Chief) pursuant to the provisions of; of G.L. c. 30A, §21, ¶3. To review and possibly approve minutes of a prior executive session called to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (PFAS) pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c. 30A, §21(a), ¶3. RC 2nd. The following roll call vote was recorded: KC aye; RB aye; RC: aye. Voted 3-0.
