Call to Order

Meeting called to order at 5PM.

Bid Award Green Communities Lighting Projects

KC moved to award the Green Communities Lighting Projects to Energy Conservation Inc. RC 2nd. The following roll call vote was recorded: KC aye; RB aye; RC: aye. Voted 3-0.

Review and Approve Special Town Meeting Warrant

KC moved to approve the March 7, 2023 Special Town Meeting Warrant. RC 2nd. The following roll call vote was recorded: KC aye; RB aye; RC: aye. Voted 3-0.

Discussion Proposal Public Safety Building Debt Exclusion Ballot Question

This matter was passed over. No action taken.

Executive Session

KC moved to enter into executive session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (PFAS) pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c. 30A, §21(a), ¶3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining (Police bargaining unit) pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c. 30A, §21, ¶3.

To review and possibly approve minutes of a prior executive session called to conduct a strategy session relative to negotiations with nonunion personnel (Police Chief) and to conduct contract negotiations with nonunion personnel (Police Chief) pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c. 30A, §21, ¶2. RC. 2nd The following roll call vote was recorded: KC aye; RB aye; RC: aye.

Voted 3-0.

KC announced that the board would not reconvene in open session.
