LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED

 

The Selectmen will consider, together with the Town Moderator, whether to prescribe the number of voters necessary to constitute a quorum at any town meeting held during the Governor's March 10, 2020 state of emergency at a number that is less than the number that would otherwise be required under the Town's Bylaws. 

Review and Approve the 1/12th budget for July.

 

The quorum prescribed by the Chapter II, Section 7 of the General Bylaws is 3% of the number of registered voters as of the previous January 1st, which equals 87; the Selectmen could vote to reduce that number to as few as one-tenth that number, or 9.
