ANR Plan for Worcester Road

Doug Andrysick presented a proposed ANR plan for approximately 18 acres of land at 27 Worcester Road owned by Anne Littlefield. The plan creates two lots: approximately 4 acres with the house and frontage on Worcester Road, and approximately 14 acres of back lot that is designated as “not a building lot.” There is a stream through the easterly end of the backland located as part of the survey.

Special Permit for Accessory Apartment at 63 Calamint Hill Road

The Board voted on June 21, 2023 to issue the special permit and give site plan review approval. After the public hearing on June 21, 2023, Bob Peura conveyed title to this property to Glenn Peura, and asked to amend the application for a special permit to substitute Glenn Peura as the applicant for the special permit for the accessory apartment. Glenn and his family will live in the house when it is completed. Because there are no substantive changes in the amended application, the Board concluded that the amendment should be allowed.

The Board then reviewed and approved the substantive provisions in the draft decision. The Chair will edit as needed to reflect the substitution of Glenn Peura as the applicant.

Because of summer vacations and the resulting delays in Board members signing decisions, the Board decided that the Chair should be authorized to sign on behalf of the Board.

Special Permit for Backlot Development at 175 Brooks Station Drive

The Board voted on June 21, 2023 to issue the special permit and give site plan review approval. The Board reviewed and approved the draft decision.

Because of summer vacations and the resulting delays in Board members signing decisions, the Board decided that the Chair should be authorized to sign on behalf of the Board.

ANR Requirements

In the absence of Corey and Tom, the Board decided to postpone discussion on the proposed draft amendments to ANR requirements, and on the proposed checklist for ANR applications. The Board did ask Doug Andrysick for comments. He suggested that a requirement to indicate the source of wetlands information was appropriate, observed that some other towns have much more detailed requirements for information on ANR plans, and suggested that Princeton consider modifying the fee for filing an application to be a flat $250 rather than the current approach which varies depending on the number of lots.
