Planning Board Public Hearing - Marijuana Zoning Bylaw Changes
TOWN OF PRINCETON
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40A, the Princeton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on March 16, 2022, at 7:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex regarding proposed amendments to the Princeton Zoning bylaws. The proposed amendments deal with the commercial cultivation, processing, and manufacturing of marijuana in Princeton, allowing limited indoor medical marijuana cultivation, processing, and manufacturing in Business-Industrial districts by special permit.
The proposed amendments to the Princeton Zoning bylaws are available for review at the Town Hall, 6 Town Hall Drive, during normal business hours or on the website on the Planning Board page: http://www.town.princeton.ma.us. All interested parties are invited to attend.
