NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Town Hall Annex, 6 Town Hall Drive, on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 7:35 PM on the petition of Craig and Jen MacDuff applying for a Special Permit for a pre-existing accessory apartment at 23 Ball Hill Road as required by Princeton Zoning Bylaws Section XVII, 1. Property is identified on Assessors Map #15, Lot 60.

A copy of the application may be reviewed at the Town Hall, Monday-Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM—by appointment, call 978-464-2118.  All interested parties are invited to attend in person or remotely--online or by phone using GoToMeeting access codes to be posted in the meeting agendas on the Town Website (www.town.princeton.ma.us) public meeting calendar.
