7:30 PM  Open meeting in Town Hall Annex-Large

Board considered Special Permit issued by ZBA on July 10 for greenhouse addition at 52 Hubbardston Road for owner Erik Garcia.  Property is in the Rural Preservation Overlay District (ROPD) under Zoning Sect. VII, 2. (B) so Site Plan Review was required. The ZBA included the site plan specifications as part of their Special Permit. Dr. Garcia was invited for the Pl. Bd. agenda for July 18.

Bob Thorell plans to visit for informational chat about his land on Mirick Road.

Zoning issues – discuss “Short-Term Rentals” and language in Sect. VII, 2. (A) & (B)
