Volunteerism in our Town's Government

As election day nears in a divided nation, we’d like to take this opportunity to talk about democracy in Princeton and the important role played by our many volunteers. We’re pretty sure that they include people with various political viewpoints and members of bother major parties.  But we don’t think of them that way.  We see them as citizens who want to give back to our town.   On the Selectboard, we don’t always agree; but our debates are civil and respectful.

 

We thank all the citizens of Princeton who volunteer to serve on boards and committees. Our town would not run without you.  We’ve listed all our volunteers below and tried to include their years of service in their current position as well as some of their other committee service to the town. In compiling this list, we were surprised at how many people there were; and it is quite possible that we left someone out or have some misinformation.  Please send us corrections. And please consider volunteering your time to Princeton. We need you.
