TOWN OF PRINCETON NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to MGL chapter 82, section 32A, the Princeton Selectboard will hold a Public Hearing on Monday February 8, 2021 at 6PM to consider whether to discontinue maintenance of certain town ways and public ways or portions thereof. Such discontinuance may be ordered upon a finding that such ways have become abandoned and unused for ordinary travel and that the common convenience and necessity no longer requires said town way or public way to be maintained in a condition reasonably safe and convenient for travel.
