Process Regarding Late Dog Licensure

Princeton Dog Owners:

If you have yet to register your dog you are now late in doing so. If your previously registered dog is no longer part of your family, please contact us at either 978-464-2100 or email asst-townclerk@town.princeton.ma.us so that we may update our records.

Options for registering your dog are:

• Online at: https://nextpetls.gopetie.com/princeton.massachusetts/login  
• Mail or drop off this form and a check made out to the Town of Princeton for the correct amount
• Stop by the Town Hall Monday-Thursday from 8am – 4pm to register in person
• Only dogs with a current Rabies Certificate can be registered.

FEES PER DOG:

• Male/Female Intact                                                                $15.00
• Male/Female Spayed/Neutered                                             $10.00
• Administrative Fee (by mail or in person)                              $2.00
• Late Fee charged after April 30^th                                            $25.00

Please note that an administrative fee is charged by the licensing company when you register your dog online.

Failure to register and license your dog by June 30, 2022 will result in a $50.00 non-criminal citation. On July 10, 2022, a list of unlicensed dogs will be turned over to the Animal Control Officer . Any delinquent balances will be carried forward.
