Princeton Receives Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Program (MVP) Designation

MVP

The Town of Princeton has received its Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Program (MVP) Certification. Earning this designation involved following a state-defined process to identify and analyze risks and strengths in the face of climate change and planning to address those issues. MVP designation qualifies the Town to receive grant money to take on climate change preparedness projects. Attached, you will find a letter from Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs Secretary Kathleen Theoharides notifying the town of the designation and briefly explaining what the program entails. If you have any questions please contact Town Administrator Sherry Patch at 978-464-2102 or townadministrator@town.princeton.ma.us
