NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF PRINCETON

PUBLIC SHADE TREE REMOVALS

In accordance with Chapter 87 of the Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Princeton Town Hall Annex on Thursday October 26, 2023 at 5pm, to find reason, if any there may be, why the trees posted for removal should not be removed. Trees are located at Old Colony Road, Beaman Road and Worcester Road. A total of 31 trees are posted, 15 at Old Colony Road, 15 between 40 and 51 Beaman Road and 1 near 26 Worcester Road. All trees are posted at the request of PMLD for line extensions or maintenance. This list of trees and their locations has been posted at the Town Hall, the Town website and the Princeton Post Office for review. Any person objecting to the removal of one or more of these trees must make their objection in writing at or submit to the Tree Warden before this public hearing.
