Nomination papers for the Annual Town Election due to the Board of Registrars (Town Clerk's Office) by 5pm, TODAY, March 25, 2024

The deadline to file nomination papers with Board of Registrars (Town Clerk's Office) is by 5pm today. Twenty (20) valid signatures from Princeton registered voters are required, and it is recommended that you obtain more than 20 signatures to avoid an invalid nomination due to the following reasons: no such voter at that address, unable to identify the signature, or the signature is on more than one nomination paper for the same candidate.

Offices that will be listed on the 2024 Annual Town Election Ballot are:

  • Board of Assessors - 1 for 3 Years
  • Electric Light Commission - 1 for 3 Years
  • Moderator - 1 for 1 Year
  • Wachusett Regional School Committee - 1 for 3 Years
  • Planning Board - 2 for 3 Years
  • Selectboard - 1 for 3 Years
  • Trustees of Trust Funds - 1 for 3 Years, 1 for 2 Years

Please note:

If you have already returned your signed Vote By Mail postcard to the Clerk's Office with "All 2024 Elections" selected, you will receive a mail-in ballot for the Annual Town Election.

If you did not select All 2024 elections and wish to receive a mail-in ballot for the Annual Town Election, please be sure to print, complete, sign and return the Vote By Mail application to the Town Clerk's Office by the deadline. Your Vote By Mail application for the Annual Town Election must be received in the Clerk's Office by 5pm on Monday, May 6, 2024. Postmark is not acceptable.
