Invitation for Proposals - Purchase and Redevelopment of Princeton Mechanics Hall

INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

 

The Town of Princeton, through its Board of Selectmen, is accepting proposals for “RFP FOR PURCHASE AND REDEVELOPMENT OF PRINCETON MECHANICS HALL” until Monday, June 17, 2019 at 1 PM to be submitted to the Interim Town Administrator, Town Hall (Bagg Hall), 6 Town Hall Drive, Princeton, MA 01541.

 

The terms and requirements of this purchase are outlined in the Request for Proposals issued by the Town of Princeton, which may be obtained from the Town of Princeton, Building Department, beginning Wednesday, May 15, 2019 between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday excluding holidays or by email to building@town.princeton.ma.us. Proposals must be filed no later than Monday, June 17, 2019 at 1:00 PM.

 

The contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30B, §16. The Town reserves the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Proposals if deemed to be in its best interest.
