The Princeton Fire Department will hold a PEDIATRIC COVID-19 vaccination clinic this Friday, January 28, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Princeton Community Center at Post Office Place (206 Worcester Rd, Princeton, MA 01541). The clinic is open to anyone between the ages of 5 and 11 years old who would like to receive the Pfizer vaccine. This is NOT a walk-in clinic, and you can pre-register at 

Attached is a PDF of the intake and consent form that people should fill out before arriving. (We will have blank forms available at the clinic). There will be a second clinic in three weeks for second doses.
