2023 Special State Election Calendar Now Available

Princeton Residents: The 2023 Special State Election Calendar is now available on the elections page of the town website. Click here for more information and to view the calendar.

The Special State Senate Primary will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 and the State Election will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at the Thomas Prince School. 

New residents or current residents who are not Princeton registered voters may register to vote during regularly scheduled hours: Monday - Wednesdays 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m and Thursdays 8:00 a.m - 2:00p.m at the Town Clerk's Office, online or by mail. The last day to register to vote at the Special State Primary is by 5pm on Saturday, September 30th, 2023. On that date, the Office of the Town Clerk will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m for voter registration.

There will be no in-person Early Voting for the Special State Election, however residents who wish to vote by mail must complete and return the vote-by mail application to the Town Clerk's Office by the application deadline.  The deadline to return vote-by-mail applications for the Special State Senate Primary is 5:00pm on October 2nd, 2023.
