NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Conservation and Recreation will hold a public hearing on an Application for Variance under the Watershed Protection Act and Regulations, MGL c. 92A 1/2 and 313 CMR 11.00. Princeton Inhabitants, owner(s), and Andrysick Land Surveying, applicant, have requested a Variance Decision for a project located at 104 Main Street, in Princeton, Massachusetts to renovate the existing building and property for a licensed adult use marijuana retail establishment. The hearing is intended to address the issue of whether this Variance may be issued without impairing the quality of the water in the Wachusett Reservoir Watershed. The hearing will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the DCR office at 180 Beaman Street, West Boylston, MA.
