Item 1: (7:08 – 8:14PM) Notice of Intent (DEP File# 267-0436) from Robert Matewsky for construction of a single-family home at a parcel on the corner of Mountain and Pine Hill Roads.  A Public Hearing was continued for a Notice of Intent (NOI) to construct a single-family home and driveway on Map 4, Parcel 42D.  A new set of plans were given to the PCC showing a change in the driveway location which is now on Mountain Road.  The proposed driveway eliminates the need for a stream crossing but still falls entirely within the buffer zone.  The existing leach field is the only part of the site that is not within the wetland buffer. The PCC asked for a drainage swale to be added to the Pine Hill side of the driveway.  The revised plan has not been presented to the Building or Highway Departments.  During the meeting the applicant sent a revised plan via email for the PCC to review which included the boulder line and drainage swale.

A vote was taken at 8:14 pm to approve an Order of Conditions with special conditions.
