CONSERVATION COMMISSION MINUTES – Executive Session

Note: this public meeting and executive session were conducted via remote teleconferencing due to COVID-19 precautions.  Public participation details were posted with the agenda.

Members—all in attendance remotely:  Brian Keevan, Rachael Catlow, Sue Mitchell, Victoria Taft, Bonnie Hirsh, Barbara Laughlin.

Others in attendance remotely: Town Counsel Tom Mullen; Town Administrator Sherry Patch; Land Use Coordinator Marie Auger

7:02 PM  Chair Brian Keevan called the meeting to order and a motion was made and seconded to go into Executive Session and not return to regular session, pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a)  paragraph 3: To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares: This executive session is to discuss strategy with respect to threatened litigation involving 93 Main Street, Princeton.

The following commissioners all voiced in roll call an “Aye” vote: Brian K.; Rachel C.; Sue M.; Victoria T. and Bonnie H.  Barbara Laughlin arrived too late for the vote at 7:13 PM.
