• Continued Public hearing for a Notice of Intent (DEP File #267-0443) submitted by Lake 20, LLC for single family home and septic system construction on Ball Hill Road (Map 11 Parcel 42A).
NEW BUSINESS
• Ratification of Emergency Certification issued to Town Highway Department for repairs/replacement of culvert under Rhodes Road
• Public hearing for a Notice of Intent (no DEP file # yet) submitted by People’s Engineering for a septic system repair at 196 Mirick Road
