Committee Members: Richard Bisk, Jon Fudeman, Richard Gardner, Mark Horeanopoulis, Ben Metcalf, Anne Neuberg, Sherry Patch
Absent: Scott Morris and Sam Patterson
Guests from HSH Engineering: Ray Herbert, Aysha Minot, Keri Pyke

R. Bisk opened the meeting. He was then elected as Chair. Jon Fudeman was elected as Vice-Chair. No secretary was elected.
Committee members and guests introduced themselves.
Aysha Minot gave an overview of the project. The goal is to develop priorities that can be used to seek funding. There is a April 1 deadline for grant submission of the prioritization plan. The Tier 3 Construction grant funding application is due May 1st.
Winter Shared Streets and Spaces Grant Program can be used for funding engineering costs. Engineering under the Complete Streets Program is not allowed.
There was a discussion of sidewalk needs and bike safety issues and speeding in town. It was suggested that the two cyclists on the committee make a list of roads where they feel safe or unsafe biking due to traffic and road conditions. Aysha will create a wikimap of the town where residents can pinpoint issues and needs.
Questions:
- Does complete streets funding reduce other funding? No.
- What types of funding has been approved for small towns like ours? Sidewalks, crosswalks. Money only pays for construction, not design.
- Is it relevant that many people come to Princeton for recreation? Yes. Should be noted in grant application.
Next steps: Existing Conditions, Meeting w/HSH Engineering, Public Meeting to present Prioritization Plan.
Meeting adjourned at 10:06 AM
Respectfully submitted,
Richard Bisk, Chair
