Minutes:                             Approve minutes: 2/28/2022

Septic:                                 

268 Worcester Rd – Convert detached garage for pool house. Septic hook up to be installed to connect pool house building. Board reviewed design for hook up. Greg inspected. Satisfactory.

Matewski – Corner lot Mtn Rd Pine Hill – Lar reviewed plan. Revised to current requirements per board. Engineer will revise plan. OK to approve.

Gabriel – Brooks Station Rd – 43 acre lot   120X 70 presby. Board approved.

Piktalis – 14 Ball Hill Rd – Approved.

Brady – Old Brooks Station Rd – 2 Lots – Approved

Elbag – 21 Boylston Ave – Conditionally pass.  Need note on plan for sieve analysis. Engineer will be contacted to revise.

Camp: Lar emailed Mr Camp for a status on the pipe. Mr Camp stated that Jeremy Kelley, the installer, is scheduled to work on that tomorrow. He plans to lay the 2 inch line, cover it with stone, and cover it with foam. Lar will inspect when complete and inform board.

KWIK Stop – (JH) inspected. Stock needs to be off floor. Revisit was corrected.

Board discussed SB inquiry as to increasing the number of board members from 3 to 5

(JH) moves to keep membership at 3 with an alternate. (LG) seconded. AIF.  Lar will send correspondence to SB.
