Minutes: Approve minutes: 9/27/2021 (JH) moved to approve. (LG) seconded. AIF.
COVID Update: Board continues to attend state DPH weekly meetings.
Camp Septic Installation Update: (LG) had inspected previously and was waiting for Andrysick to submit as-built. Since that time, the soil over the tank had erosion problems. The steep section needed to be loamed and seeded. These issues have since been addressed. (LG) reviewed the as-built and stated that it looks good. (LG) stated that the last clean out should be left semi exposed, magnetic tape over the d-box so it can be found easily in the future, and to wait on signing off on the certificate of compliance until the Spring for proof of germination on the steep slope for stabilization purposes.
Septic Designs: 16 Sharon Drive – approved.
20 Country Lane – approved after revisions.
