September 13, 2021  (GD) moved to approve. (LG) seconded. AIF.

Camp Septic Installation  Update: Septic Installer Kelly has completed his work. The machines are no longer on the property. (LG) stated that Andrysick Land Surveying will be there on Thursday to shoot the site for the as-built for the main system.  Mr Camp still needs to make arrangements for the installer to connect the barn plumbing to the new main system. The board requires the barn to be hooked up as well before signing off on the project.

COVID 19 Update:  The Emergency Mgmt Team has applied for an MIIS # and registered with COLOR. Booster clinics will be conducted as soon as the supply arrives. They will be held at the COA office again.  The Town Clerk will post on the website when more detailed info is available. Also, remind residents that Rutland is conducting clinics as well. They will offer Moderna, Pfiizer and J & J potentially. The pharmacies, CVS and Walgreens also have vaccine available.

AGRICULTURE REGULATIONS: Ashley Gibbs from the Ag Committee mentioned their findings regarding chicken coops, suitable area requirements, units by best practice according to the USDA. They would also like to look into accommodating homeowners that have non compliant smaller lots and whether or not the house acreage should be excluded in the calculation of suitable area. The board reiterated that these regulations were not intended to limit agriculture. Ag Committee will keep the board posted as to their progress.

OTHER BUSINESS:  The BOH renewal applications will be mailed out in October.
