Board of Health Minutes Town Hall Meeting Room & Remote Meeting August 30, 2021 5:00 pm

Members Present: Greg Dowdy, Lar Greene, Jim Hillis Dianna Markley and Terri Longtine, Sec’y

Interested Parties: James Camp, Atty Wayne Lambert

Opened Meeting: 5:00 pm

Greg moves to elect Lar Greene Jr as chairman. Jim Hillis seconds. AIF

Camp Septic Installation Update: Mr Camp and his Atty were present to update the board on the progress of the septic system installation.  They stated that the installer they hired has removed his equipment from the property and is not coming back. There was an issue between Mr Camp and the installer. He stated that he installed the wrong tank. Mr. Smith would need to remove and replace the tank. The engineer stated that the tank is not correct.  Mr Camp hired J Kelley (installer) to finish the job. The board stressed that the new installer would need to take full responsibility for all of the work thus far. Mr Camp stated that he has a meeting with him on Wednesday to discuss. Atty requested that the board extend the period of time to finish. The board would require a letter of commitment, pumping records, and that the installer take full responsibility of what is installed. The engineer would have to sign off on the asbuilt.  Atty Mullen has final meeting with Mr Camp and his Atty on September 2, 2021 at 2 pm. 

Lot 2 Jefferson Rd – Lar spoke to Doug Andrysick regarding revisions for Lot 2 Jefferson Rd. OK to approve after revisions noted on plan. 

COVID Update:  Re: Booster shots – At this point, the state is suggesting booster shots for immune compromised individuals . Discussed holding Town clinics. Board will move forward with getting everything in place for when the state opens it up to the general public.  State is also offering Binex testing. The state switched from the Prep Mod software to COLOR software. BOH Sec’y has registered with COLOR.
