 Board of Health   Minutes   Remote Meeting   May 6, 2021   9:00 am

Members Present: Greg Dowdy, Jim Hillis, Lar Greene, Dianna Markley and Terri Longtine, Sec’y

Interested Parties:  Doug Andrysick

Opened Meeting:  9:05 am

Jim Camp – Mountain Rd -  Doug Andrysick presented a revision to the original plan that was approved by the board. Mr. Camp would like to use a tight tank because he was concerned he would not be able to meet the court ordered deadline. (JH) was not in favor of this change. Board stated that he needs to go by the court order. (JH) moved to disapprove the submission of a tight tank plan and to adhere to the court order. (GD) seconded. AIF. 

Yaglou Property  – Greg and Jim will inspect the property today at 11 am and report findings at future meeting.  This case was with the Atty Generals office and may have to be re-opened depending on the findings today. 

COVID 19 Update: Board continues to stay updated through MADPH remote meetings and WRSD remote meetings.  Mandatory safety standards for workplace will be posted on website and forwarded to local businesses.
