Approved Minutes:                             October 1, 2020 (HT) moves to approve. (TH) seconds. AIF

                                                                Board acknowledged receipt of LA4 and New Growth approvals from the DOR,

Chapter 61 renewals and liens were signed.

It was agreed that the advertisement for a Principal Assessor would be re advertised in the MAAO until filled.  (HT) will look into the MAA Beacon ad fees and get back to the board.  They also agreed to look into the option of a consultant firm for Assessing. Sec’y will forward RFP to board to review.

Board will consult with Kathy Stanley regarding tax classification hearing.
