Minutes
The minutes for March 13, 2024 were approved.
Programs
Small Farm Shared Experiences
The large room at Town Hall Annex has been reserved for April 17, 2024 at 7:00. Panelists are still being lined up. It could be a small group, more of a “sit around a table” than a presentation to a group. Susan has circulated press releases.
For refreshments, John will provide coffee. Eddie will provide small cupcakes. Susan and Lisa may make cookies/ is making arrangement with T&G and other publications for press releases.
Farm Day
Rattle Root, Andean Dawn, and Stimson Farm are confirmed as locations. Eddie will check with Audubon to see if they want to participate. Participating farms can reach out to craftspeople who might be interested.
Susan will get press releases to Landmark and Redeption rock. Dylan will get notices with NextDoor and Facebook. John will draft a possible press release.
Hey Day
Audubon has set Saturday September 21, 2024, with Sunday September 22 as the rain date. When we get closer, we will work out what to have at the Ag Comm table.
New Member
Marissa Conners is interested in becoming a member. She described the plans for her place on Worcester Road. The Commission described the process – apply to the Selectboard for appointment. The Commission would be very happy to have her participate. She would be an alternate member, but except for matters requiring a formal vote, alternate members are full participants.

Wednesday, April 17 at 7:00 PM – Small Farm Shared Experiences Program in Town Hall Annex
Wednesday, May 8 at 7:00 PM – regular meeting in Town Hall Annex with virtual option
Saturday, May 18 noon to 4:00 PM -- Farm Day
