First Bridge placed at CHCA

the Trail Stewards have installed two benches and the first of two bridges on the new trails at Calamint Hill Conservation Area. The second bridge will be installed later this summer. Benches have been placed at the two wetland viewing areas, which overlook the hundred acre open water.
Trails can be accessed from the parking area about a quarter mile south of route 62 on Calamint Hill Road North.
Three miles of trails are open for hikers between the CHCA East and West trails and new trails created on adjacent Appell land by Princeton LAnd Trust. A map of the trails can be found here
