Electrial permits are available at the building dept. You must be a licensed electrician to upgrade your service.

Plumbing and Gas permits require a licensed professional according to Massachusets State Law.

Most inspections are completed within 48 hours.

All inspections, except Plumbing and Gas Piping, are arranged through the Building Dept. Plumbing and Gas Piping inspections are arranged directly with the Plumbing Inspector.
