AGENDA -- Princeton ZBA at Planning Bd. meeting

 “The listings of matters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours before said meeting, which may be discussed at the meeting.  Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.”

The Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to meet with the Planning Board at the P.B. regular meeting on March 4 at 7:30 PM to consider a zoning amendment being proposed by the Planning Board which would transfer “Special Permit Granting Authority” from ZBA to Planning Board in certain situations that involve non-conforming properties, structures or uses.
