Zoning Board of Appeals -- Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall Annex, 4 Town Hall Drive on Thursday, July 29, at 7:00 p.m. on the petition of Allen & Melissa Hawthorne for an appeal of a Cease & Desist Order for violation of Section III “uses” in a Residential-Agricultural zoning district.  The order was issued by the zoning enforcement officer dated April 28, 2021.  An appeal is allowed by Princeton Zoning Bylaw Sect. VIII, 2., (C) or the use may be allowed with a variance or by Special Permit under Sect. III, 1., (J).  Property is located at 143 Ball Hill Road, Assessors Map #15, Lot 76. Remote access is available using Go To Meeting “live link” access codes listed below. A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited toattend.
