• Bill Holder discusses available funding for Calamint Hill Road North and Route 31 Highway Barn Bridge.
• Bridge funds encumbered until December 31, 2019, and need for extension for the Small Bridge Grant.
• Update on Calamint Hill Road North Tree contract:  still need to complete tree removal, 30 trees remain.  J Fudeman will contact Princeton Tree Services, Alan Hawthorne, to determine holdup.
• B. Keevan of ConComm wants added erosion control and new drainage outlets added to design of Calamint Hill Road North.  Board decides that after two years of changes and environmental checks no further changes to road design are warranted.
• WDA engineer, Larry Greene Jr, a town resident, has been hired to be the oversight engineer for construction of Calamint Hill Road North.
• Reconfirmed historical lighting order for Town Hall Common, 8 fixtures and 2 spares.  Town will pay this change order of $16,000.
• Highway Superintendant Glen Lynons to retire on August 9, 2019.  Town needs to get a job description from Glen, probably for a temp hire.
• Kevin Toohey arrives at 6:25PM.  He will present five and ten year road plans in November, 2019, to Select Board.
