PLANNING BOARD Meeting Minutes--– Dec. 19, 2019 7:30 PM
Present were: Chair John Mirick, Ian Catlow, Ann Neuburg, Rud Mason and Tom Sullivan.
JM: Lead discussion of a Mirick Road parcel with an ANR concept proposed by neighbor Bob Thorell. JM had passed along some comments to the Thorells about typical requirements for ANR plans and what the PB would expect to see.
JM moved to approve meeting minutes from December 5, TS seconded. All approved except IBC who did not vote.
No ANR plans were presented.
JM: Opened discussion of non-conforming use language and presented a table of potential revisions that he had developed based on prior discussion and his research.
No discussion was held regarding short term rentals.
No discussion was held to discuss zoning requirements for Green Communities.
Board agreed to move meetings to 1st & 3rd Wednesday nights at 7:30 PM starting in January. The first January meeting is cancelled for the New Year holiday; next meeting will be Jan. 15.
Adjourn at 8:30 PM.
