Selectboard member Karen Cruise to recuse self from PFAS matters

In order to avoid any possible conflict of interest, Karen will no longer be involved in PFAS-related matters in town. Moving forward, Richy Bisk will be the lead on PFAS and all discussions, deliberations, and votes will be handled by just Richy and Matthew Moncreaff. Karen’s property at 33 Allen Hill Rd tested above the non-detect level over the winter but was non-detect at the most recent test. Since decisions by the Board may affect Karen’s property values, she was advised to recuse herself.
