Reminder, Advisory Committee Public Hearing for ATM Warrant Articles, Tonight - Wednesday June 10th, 7PM-9PM

Tonight the Advisory Committee (AC) will host a public hearing between 7PM to 9PM for the draft All Town Meeting (ATM) Warrant Articles. The Advisory Committee, along with the Select Board and Town Administrator encourage all voters to become familiar with the Warrant Articles we will vote on later this month on Saturday, June 27th 10AM.  For tonight's meeting, there will be the option to run past 9PM to ensure all voter questions are addressed.

The Advisory Committee has invited several speakers to present their article and answer voter questions. The meeting will be structured to allow speakers to present uninterrupted before Q&A is opened up.  Q&A for the articles will be handled several ways. Ahead of tonight's meeting, voter questions can be emailed to wayneACchair@gmail.com. During the meeting, for those joining by computer, tablet, smartphone, you can submit a question through either the chat feature of Webex or "raise" your hand feature. We request the person submitting the request provide their full name and the street they reside on. Since questions and requests will be handled serially in a queue, be patient with the process.  AC Chair will read out the electronically asked questions for everyone to hear.  For those joining by computer, tablet, smartphone, there will be a video display of the warrant article being discussed.
