Princeton Hikes! w/ Rick Gardner

At the Princeton Library Nov. 7th @ 6:30PM

On November 7th at 6:30, Rick Gardner will present a pictorial walk-through of the hiking trails in Princeton and surrounding towns. This will take place at the Princeton Library, and is sponsored by the Library and the Princeton Open Space Committee.

As the leader of the Princeton Hikes! group, Rick has been leading and documenting hikes around Princeton for the past three years, and has documented over 60 hikes, with many photos showcasing the trails and scenic spots in the area.  Long time town residents have discovered many unknown areas, or pleasant hikes, as a result.

The tour will walk through areas such as Mt. Wachusett, Leominster State Forest, Wachusett Meadow, and will continue with the three local Wildlife Management Areas, and lesser known formal and informal hiking areas and trails in Princeton. There will also be a brief tour of hiking areas in the towns surrounding Princeton.
