Dear Princeton Resident,

The Princeton Fire/EMS Department (with the help of the Town Board of Health) is pleased to announce that we are providing the Pfizer Covid 19 vaccine—as a booster shot or initial first or second inoculation. Please follow the steps below in the order provided to schedule a time. Currently we are scheduling slots from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, and Friday, October 15th, at the Council on Aging. There is no charge for these shots. Please remember to bring your vaccination card with you if you have received prior vaccines. Masks are required at the clinic.

To be eligible for a booster shot, your last vaccine dose must have been at least six months ago and must have been the Pfizer vaccine. Moderna boosters are not yet required or authorized.

Steps:
1) Please fill out, print, and bring with you the following intake form.
2) Please schedule your time on Thursday or Friday (10/14 or 10/15) between 5 pm and 7 pm at the council on aging at this URL: www.calendly.com/princeton-fd-covid

If you have problems with any of the above, please call the fire station at 464-2707 option 3 during business hours between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily. You will be connected to the on-duty crew who will help you if available. Please note that the crew may be out on a call or inspection. If you do not get an answer, please call back.
