Library Director Retiring

The Trustees of the Goodnow Memorial Building regretfully announce that Mary Barroll, Princeton Public Library Director, plans to retire on April 3, 2020

For 7 + years, Mary has brought warmth and passion to her leadership of our historic library. She gently guided us from the dial-up era to the new digital age of library services while maintaining a great variety of hands-on programming for all ages. It will be extremely difficult to replace her enthusiasm and devotion.

The Trustees are forming a search committee and will make every effort to find a new Director to continue and expand the high level of services available to our patrons. Mary has graciously offered to assist with the transition in any way that she can.
