The Town of Princeton is accepting sealed bids for the following:

Item #2            (2) Antique Chairs with Caned Seats

Item #3            (1) Brass Table Lamp

Item #4            (3) Works Tables (red, yellow, green) H 23”, W 60” D 30” 

Item #5            (1) Chalkboard/Cork board H48” W 72” 2 Wooden Supports H 57”, W 23’ at base

Item #6            (2) Wooden Rocking Chairs

Item #7            (2) Wooden Doors with 16 Glass Panes each H 88”, W 29 7/8”, D 1 ¾”

Item #8            (1) Metal Door with Brass Handle and Hinges H 77 ¼”, W 35 7/8”, D 2 ¾”

These items may be viewed on the town website www.town.princeton.ma.us or by appointment.  Please email Library Trustee Jane Weisman at jweisguy7@gmail.com to schedule an appointment to view the items in person.

All items are sold “AS IS”. The Town of Princeton makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the condition, useful life or merchantability of the items being made available for bid.  Bidders are deemed to be acting at their own risk in purchasing any item. 

The successful bidder will be responsible for removing all item(s). All items must be removed within 10 days of the notice of award at the bidder’s expense.

Sealed bids appropriately marked with the item number will be accepted until Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 12:00 PM at the office of the Town Administrator, 6 Town Hall Drive, Princeton, MA  01541.  Envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked with the item number. 

The Town of Princeton expressly reserves the right to suspend, or waive, the application of any of the above stated rules, at its sole discretion, where such suspension or waiver is in the best interest of the Town.
