Notice of Public Hearing - Public Shade Tree Removals - Town Hall Annex

In accordance with Chapter 87 of the Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Princeton Town Hall Annex on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 6pm, to find reason, if any there may be, why the trees posted for removal should not be removed. Trees are located at 157 Ball Hill Road and across from 249 Redemption Rock Road (Route 140). A total of 19 trees are posted, 16 at the Ball Hill Road address and 3 at the Redemption Rock Road address. A complete list of trees and their locations has been posted at the Town Hall, the Town website and the Princeton Post Office for review. Any person objecting to the removal of one or more of these trees must make their objection in writing at or submit to the Tree Warden before this public hearing.
