7:00 PM   ZBA chair to open public hearing and Planning Board meeting in person and online via “Go to Meeting” access codes listed above.

ZBA to consider building inspector’s evaluation of “use” as it applies at 184 Worcester Road. Applicant will present his case; (both) board members offer questions and comments.

Chair opens floor to abutters or attendees. ZBA deliberates after closing public input period.

Planning Board reviews site plan materials for 184 Worcester Road and may consider the ZBA Decision and Site Plan as a consolidated document--or as separate documents.
