The Historical Commission has been working on the restoration of Meetinghouse Cemetery, Princeton's oldest burial ground. Established in 1765 it is the final resting place of many of Princeton's founders.

As you drive around Princeton,you may notice that alot of historic homes are graced by plaques listing their historic names and dates. These were researched and created as a project of the Princeton Historical Commission.

Markers for National Register Districts
To date, five districts within Princeton have been placed on the National Register. We purchased and installed permanent markers for Princeton's National Register Districts

We have acted as liaison in the purchase of smaller bronze plaques for several properties within Princeton's National Register Districts
