Yoga with Kate - Mondays and Wednesdays @ 9:30am -- $5 suggested donation.  Improve posture, strengthen the core, back and hips, and gain flexibility. All levels of skill and beginners welcome. Modifications are always presented. This class will include both standing and floor exercises.  Bring your own mat, straps and blocks are provided. Class is taught by Kate Mellecker and is held at Kate's Powerhouse Yoga Studio at 206 Worcester Road. No pre-registration required.

Stretch and Flow Yoga - Fridays at 10:30AM – $5 suggested donation. A gentler yoga with the focus on stretching by holding poses with supportive props such as blocks and straps. Longer holds strengthen/tone muscles while deepening flexibility. Class concludes with savasana, the practice of deep mental and physical relaxation. Bring your own mat, blocks and straps provided, Class is taught by Kate Mellecker and meets at Kate's Powerhouse Yoga at 206 Worcester Road. No pre-registration required.

Chair Yoga - Thursdays 10:30 AM -- $5 suggested donation. This is a slower paced yoga for EVERY body. Class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and balance of body and mind. We use the wall, chairs, the floor, mats and bolsters so that everyone can practice at their own level. Class is taught by Diane Featherstone and is held at the COA, 206 Worcester Road. No pre-registration required.

Pickleball - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays @ 8:30am-11:30am. Reserved senior sessions on 2 courts marked out on the basketball court at Krashes Field, 100 East Princeton Rd, Princeton. Sign-up for court time on the playtimescheduler app by first setting up a personal profile and then searching for our scheduled sessions. The Princeton COA is part of the Central Worcester County MA group, sub-group Krashes Field, Princeton. Players must bring their own balls and racquets. Nets, court markers, and either tape or red chalk markings will be on the courts ONLY during regularly scheduled senior court sessions. Unscheduled play is permitted at other times provided no other activities are scheduled and the court is not wanted for basketball. Please be advised that the town is in no way responsible for any injuries or problems during play. During unscheduled play you must bring your own equipment, including a portable net, and leave the area in as good condition as you found it. All players must have a signed waiver on file with the COA prior to playing the first time. Please use the link below to access the form or pick one up at the COA. Please fill it out and send it to the COA by email, snail mail, or drop it off in person. Parking and bathrooms are both onsite. Bring your own water.
