Note: this public meeting and public hearing were conducted via remote teleconferencing due to COVID-19 precautions.  Public participation details were posted with the agenda.

Members in attendance remotely:  Brian Keevan, Victoria Taft, Sue Mitchell, Barbara Laughlin

Applicants and others in attendance remotely: Matt Charpentier, Raghavendra Rajendra

Brian Keevan did not call the meeting to order as posted.  Some attendees had trouble with the remote access link, and the group decided to postpone to March 30, 2021 at 7 p.m. to hold the meeting in order to meet legal requirements under the Open Meeting Law and to ensure that residents had a fair chance of attending and participating.

Meeting ended at 7:15 pm
