LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED

Public Hearings:

  • New Public hearing for a Notice of Intent (DEP File # 267-xxxx): well installation at Townline Garage for Dick Stuart.
  • Continued Public hearing for Notice of Intent (DEP File # 267-0414): house and septic system on Map 13A, Lot 8/11.0 Merriam Road for Jennifer Greene.

New Business

  • Request for Certificate of Compliance for DEP file 267-0344, Anna Hagberg, 12 Radford Road.

Executive Session:

  • The Commission will enter into Executive Session Reason #6:  To discuss strategy for leasing of real property if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the government’s bargaining position.  Specifically to review and negotiate terms of Four Corners Agricultural Lease Agreement to begin January 1, 2020, including an updated Farm Management Plan, Public Access Plan, and proposed Payment Schedule to be submitted by Lessee.

OTHER BUSINESS:

  • Discussion of updates to the Four Corners Land Management Plan and vote for approval and submit to DCS for approval and TA/Select Board.
  • Review of correspondence with TA/Town Counsel regarding Conservation Restriction.
  • Review and discuss site visit with Bill Chase re:  93 Main Street.
  • Discussion of construction proceeding at 77 Main Street and site visit.
  • Discussion of site visit to 151 Brooks Station Road regarding a citizen complaint about possible wetlands violation on an abutting property.
  • Trail construction on CHCA updates
  • Review any new Forest cutting plans
  • Commission business, correspondence, approve minutes, mail, procedures, etc.
  • Agenda items not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance

 

The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for Nov. 19, 2019
